Overview
This Refunds & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which clients may receive refunds or cancel agreements for Nubook’s website design, development, consulting, and creative services. Please note that this Policy is subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth in your individual Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Website Design & Development

Prior to Project Start:

• You may cancel your project prior to any work commencing and receive a full refund of any deposited funds.

Project in Progress:

• Once the project has begun, refunds will be determined based on the percentage of work completed and the terms outlined in your SLA.
• Generally, partial refunds may be considered as follows:
  • Up to 25% of work completed: 75% refund
  • 25% to 50% of work completed: 50% refund
  • 50% or more of work completed: No refund
• The specific terms of partial refunds may be further detailed in your SLA.

Consulting & Creative Services

 Hourly Services:

• Cancellations for hourly services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund for the scheduled service.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the scheduled service fee.

Packaged Services:

• Refunds for packaged services will be determined based on the specific terms outlined in your SLA.
• Generally, partial refunds may be considered based on the completed work and the nature of the package.

Additional Considerations:

• Requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]
• Nubook reserves the right to deny refunds or cancellations at its sole discretion in cases of unreasonable requests or client breach of contract.
• This Policy is subject to the prevailing terms of your SLA. In case of any discrepancies, the terms of the SLA shall supersede this Policy.
