Our Commitment

At Skybook Digital, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace for everyone.

We have zero tolerance for sexual harassment or any behaviour that violates the dignity, safety, or personal boundaries of an individual. Every employee, regardless of gender, position, employment status, or role, is expected to maintain a professional and respectful workplace environment.

Our policy is framed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).

What is Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature, whether physical, verbal, written, visual, or online.

This may include:

  • Unwelcome physical contact or advances
  • Requests or demands for sexual favours
  • Sexually inappropriate comments, jokes, or remarks
  • Unwelcome comments about appearance, clothing, or body
  • Sharing or displaying sexually explicit or inappropriate material
  • Unwelcome messages, images, emails, or online communication
  • Behaviour that creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile work environment
  • Any other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature

Sexual harassment is unacceptable whether it occurs in the office, during work-related travel or events, at client locations, or through work-related digital communication.

Who Can Report?

Anyone experiencing inappropriate or sexually harassing behaviour is encouraged to raise their concern through the appropriate company reporting channel.

Complaints covered under the POSH Act will be handled in accordance with the Act and applicable rules.

Skybook Digital is committed to ensuring that concerns raised in good faith are treated seriously, sensitively, and confidentially.

How to Report a Concern

If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, you can report your concern to:

Where applicable, complaints may also be submitted to a member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

If you are unsure whether an incident falls under this policy, you are still encouraged to seek guidance from HR or the appropriate designated person.

Our Reporting Process

All complaints will be handled through a fair and confidential process.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the process may include:

1. Complaint

The concern is reported to HR or the designated Internal Complaints Committee.

2. Review

The complaint is reviewed and the appropriate process is initiated.

3. Inquiry

Where required, an impartial inquiry is conducted in accordance with applicable law and principles of natural justice.

4. Findings & Action

Appropriate recommendations and corrective or disciplinary action may be taken based on the findings.

5. Follow-up

The Company may follow up to ensure that the workplace remains safe and free from retaliation or further inappropriate behaviour.

Skybook Digital respects the privacy of everyone involved in a complaint. Information relating to complaints, including the identity of the complainant, respondent, witnesses, evidence, proceedings, and findings, will be kept confidential to the extent required or permitted by law.

No Retaliation

Skybook Digital does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, participates in an inquiry, or provides information or assistance during the complaint process. Any concerns regarding retaliation should be reported immediately to HR or the appropriate designated authority.
