Service Nature & Commitment
Our services include (but are not limited to):

- SEO & Website Optimization
- Travel CRM & Automation Systems
- Travel Call Center Support
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Creative & Content Production
All services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, and in most cases, work begins immediately after confirmation.
No Refund Policy (After Work Initiation)
Once a project/service has been:
- Approved
- Initiated
- Strategized
- Or any work has begun
🚫 No refunds will be issued
This includes:
- Ad campaigns already launched
- Strategy documents delivered
- CRM setup or automation implementation started
- Creative work (design, video, copywriting) in progress or completed
Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made
- Service not initiated within the agreed timeline due to our fault
- Project cancellation requested before any work has started
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Paid ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Third-party tool subscriptions (CRM, software, APIs, hosting)
- Completed strategy documents or consultations
- SEO work already executed
- Content creation (videos, creatives, campaigns) once delivered or approved
- Call center services once activated
Campaign Performance Disclaimer
Skybook Digital does not guarantee specific results such as:
- Number of leads
- Bookings or revenue
- Conversion rates
While we apply proven strategies and optimization techniques, results depend on:
- Market conditions
- Competition
- Budget
- Audience behavior
- Client response time
Cancellations
You may request cancellation of services by emailing:

Important:
- Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
- Once a billing cycle begins, that period is non-refundable
- Ongoing services (SEO, ads, support) require prior notice (minimum 7 days)
Revisions & Adjustments
We offer revisions based on the agreed scope:
- Creative revisions (limited as per package)
- Campaign optimization (ongoing within service period)
- Strategy adjustments based on performance
Excessive revisions beyond scope may be charged additionally.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, clients must:
- Provide timely approvals and required materials
- Share accurate business information
- Respond to communication promptly
Delays from the client side will not qualify for refunds or extensions.
